Aniscia Knauls is an emerging nonfiction writer, educator, curriculum developer, and storyteller whose creative practice explores emotional regulation, family relationships, culture, education, resilience, and lived experience. Her primary medium is the written word, with a focus on literary nonfiction, personal narrative, educational writing, and accessible community-centered storytelling. Her current book project, Regulation for the Common Folk: Reclaiming Emotional Inheritance, explores emotional regulation, generational patterns, racial and cultural stress, parenting, behavior, communication, and resilience through a conversational, reflective, and culturally grounded approach.
