Veronica (Ms. Vee) Thornton is a Cleveland native. She is a poet, author, writer, community and arts advocate.  Vee believes that at the intersections of art are the answers to creating equity and healing.  She has combined her education, creative mind and experience to help others through her Consulting Business providing Viable, Efficient and Effective Solutions (Vee’s Consulting) for organizations and businesses at or exploring arts intersections.

Vee currently has two published books available now on Amazon and Barnes & Nobles: Universal Colloquies Inside of Me (2015) & Train of Thoughts (2021) , some of her work has been included in over 15 anthologies, journals and magazines with other poets across the country.  Her writings examine the human experience with some juxtaposition that lends a philosophical approach that can be understood by a variety of audiences. Vee has been gifted with looking beyond the surface and past distracting images to seek answers. As a child she quickly learned that some of the ugliest people come in pretty packages.  Her empathetic feelings has caused her to look within herself as well which has led her to lifelong learning as she has several certifications, degrees in Business Administration and Liberal Arts.  Throughout her own healing journey she has met others trying to stop the cycle of intergenerational traumas and as a result is one of the co-founders of an arts based nonprofit organization called The Creative Healing Foundation.
