Since 2014, RTL:CLE has been transforming demolition-worthy houses into temporary art exhibits. In 2025, we will pivot again, this time focusing on outdoor spaces, including vacant lots, gardens, and the heart of the Broadway Historic District.

Traditionally set in vacant houses set for demolition, Rooms To Let: CLE is using 2025 to transform spaces again, this time exploring outdoor vacant spaces! Working with local artists and business owners, the project will use adapted temporary and semi-permanent art installations to beautify the Broadway Historic District.

Additionally, preceding the event weekend, artists, community members, and volunteers will come together for beautification street clean-ups around the E 55th location.
