Tales: Three Folk Traditions

Step into an evening of storytelling in sound. “Tales: Three Folk Traditions” brings together orchestral works inspired by folk melodies and legends, highlighting both familiar voices and composers too rarely heard.

Benjamin Chen (clarinet) and Arleigh Savage (bassoon) join Matthew Salvaggio and the CRO for a performance of Richard Strauss’s Duett Concertino for Clarinet and Bassoon. The concert will also feature music by Maurice Ravel and Carlos Simon.
