The Cleveland Jazz Orchestra presents: Bright Lights Big City

Quincy Jones, one of the most prolific and respected producers of all genres of music, began his career in jazz and as a trumpeter. Join us for an exciting celebration of his arrangements and compositions for the Count Basie Orchestra and Frank Sinatra beginning with excerpts from the acclaimed album, “Sinatra at the Sands”, featuring the timeless hit, “Fly Me To the Moon.” But the music doesn’t stop there. The CJO will premiere new arrangements of hits produced for Michael Jackson, Broadway, Miles Davis, and others.
